Stopped working totally those last few days. I often trust way more open source coding than official devs coding ) I finally decided today to abandon this crappy app and I run for a few hours NordVPN through OpenVPN : works like a charm so far. Stopping manually the Nord services doesn't help either. And when attempting to connect it fucks up my connection so badly that only a restart of Windows or uninstallation of NordVPN makes the connection work again.
But the simple fact that uninstalling is a "solution" often seen around is worrying :/īut now my problem is way worse : it does not connect at all. Clearing the cache or re-installing Nord clean usually does the trick. Usually the issue is the server suddenly not working anymore. And none of the "fix" that can be found on numerous forums and blogs (as NordVPN's app bugs are numerous and fairly common) worked for me this time. I've been using it for way over 7 years now and I agree it's been perfectly stable, running 24/7.
